10 centers and 14 classes a week. The lead coach teaches 11 morning classes in about 14.5 paid hours; the part-time coach teaches 3 afternoon classes in about 4.5 hours.
How the room is set up
The coach sets up five areas before the children arrive: the door, where the teacher hands each child over; the hello circle; a skill lane of cones; a game zone with pop-up goals; and the parachute for the whole group.
The coach stands where every child is in view. Everything comes in the coach's car and leaves with it.

Who is with your child
One SportzNmore coach, 18 or older, and about 10 children. Coaches are W-2 employees of the Company, not contractors. A coach under 18 works only as an assistant beside an adult coach. What every coach needs
- Background
- Washington DCYF fingerprint background check before the first class
- Training
- Adult and pediatric first aid and CPR, mandated reporter training, abuse prevention training, concussion training, TB screening
- Handoff
- Children go back to center staff by name at the end of every class
- Incidents
- Logged the same day
- Insurance
- General and professional liability with abuse and molestation coverage
- Oversight
- A founder observes every coach once a month against an 8-point checklist
What your child learns
Each week brings one skill from one of eight program lines, from BallzNmore (soccer, basketball, football) to StrategiezNmore (obstacle courses, frisbee, disc golf). The lines rotate every 8 weeks, so a child meets 30+ activities in a year.
The curriculum is non-competitive and grouped by age, so a shy child or a child new to sports learns alongside children the same age. All eight programs and the rotation
What parents ask
Where a policy is not set yet, the answer says so. Policies will be published before classes begin.
- What ages do you teach?
Ages 2 to 5, during preschool hours. After-school and summer programs for ages 2 to 10 are planned for 2030.
- My child has never played a sport. Is that a problem?
No. Classes are non-competitive and grouped by age, and each class teaches one skill from the start.
- What should my child wear?
Not published yet. Ask when you book the trial class.
- How many children are in a class?
About 10 per coach.
- What if my child misses a class? Makeups or refunds?
The makeup and refund policy is not published yet. What is set: you can pause or cancel with 2 weeks' notice.
- What happens on rainy days?
Not published yet. Classes run on site at your child's center, and the weather plan depends on each center's space.
- Is there a sibling discount?
Not published yet. The $25 referral credit applies when a friend enrolls.
- My child has allergies or special needs.
No written policy yet. Tell the Company when you book the trial so the coach knows before the first class.
